Vodka Cocktails

Classic Vodka Martini

Refreshingly straightforward. A precise hint of vermouth and the  perfect olive compliment the vodka.
3 oz vodka (we recommend Grey Goose)
1⁄4 part Dry Vermouth (Noilly Prat)
2 dashes orange bitters
3 olives

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add vermouth, stir well and then strain out excess. Add 2 dashes of orange bitters and vodka. Stir well until the outside of the shaker is frosted and beaded with sweat. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with 3 olives.

Beach Bum

2 oz vodka (we recommend Grey Goose La Poire Flavored)
1⁄2 oz Cointreau
1 oz fresh lime juice
1⁄2 oz Maraschino Liqueur
dash of grenadine
fresh mint for garnish
crushed ice

Fill the cocktail shaker with ice. Add all ingredients. Shake well and strain into rocks glass filled with crushed ice. Top with grenadine and garnish with fresh mint.

Classic Bloody Mary

2 oz vodka (we recommend Grey Goose)
4 oz tomato juice
1 lemon wedge
1 lime wedge
2 dashes Tabasco
2 tsp prepared horseradish
2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp celery salt, plus more for rimming the glasses (optional)
1/8 tsp ground black pepper

Prepare the glass: Rub the juicy side of a lemon or lime wedge along the outer edge of a glass, but not along the inside the rim. Pour the celery salt onto a small plate. Holding each glass at an angle, roll the outer edge of the rim in the salt until it is fully coated. Fill with ice.
In the glass portion of a cocktail shaker squeeze the lemon and lime and drop them in. Add remaining ingredients and fill with ice. Pour the drink several times between the glass portion of the shaker and the metal portion of the shaker. Then strain into prepared glass.

Black Russian

1 3/4 oz vodka
3/4 oz Kahlua (or any coffee liqueur)
Maraschino berry (optional)

Pour all ingredients in an old-fashioned chilled glass filled with ice cubes.
Stir well. Garnish with 1 maraschino berry.

Gummy Bear Cocktail

2 oz vodka (we suggest Absolut)
1 oz raspberry schnapps
1 oz cranberry juice

Fill the cocktail glass 3/4 with ice
Pour vodka, raspberry schnapps & cranberry juice.
Stir. Let’s Party!

Lemon Drop

1 1/2 oz vodka
1 lemon wedge
granulated sugar

Pour chilled vodka into shot glass. Dip lemon in sugar. Drink vodka followed by a draw on the lemon.
1/2 oz vodka, 1/2 oz lemon juice, 1 sugar cube   sugar the rim of your glass (martini glass or old fashioned glass) put vodka and lemon juice in a martini shaker with ice, then pour into glass. garnish with a lime or orange wedge or a rasberry

Holiday Punch

26 oz. vodka
6 cups grapefruit juice
6 cups pineapple juice
2 liter bottle lemon-lime soda
ice cubes

In a large punch bowl, mix together the vodka, grapefruit juice, pineapple juice, lemon-lime soda and ice.

Apple Martini

3 pts vodka
1 pt apple schnapps
1 pt cointreau

Mix all ingredients in a martini shaker. Serve with an apple slice.

Caramel Appletini

2 oz. vodka
1oz. apple pucker
1/2 oz. butterscotch schnapps

Mix in martini shaker with ice. Serve in a martini glass with apple wedge garnish.

Cosmopolitan

4 parts Absolut Citron
12 parts Cranberry juice
2 parts Orange Liqueur
1 dash Lime juice

Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add all ingredients. Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with 1 twist orange.
